They are located on the Project tab at the bottom the screen, or by hitting the big Effects button in the upper left hand corner. You can add as many master effects as you want. The other suggestions are all really good, but are a lot to ask for a program at this price. Hopefully they'll add these things in the future. Mixcraft has master effects.
